NewTimeSpace News: Shenzhen Xunce Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 3317) issued a voluntary announcement on July 26 regarding the entering into of a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Kaihong Digital Industry Development Co., Ltd.

According to the announcement, the company has formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Kaihong Digital Industry Development Co., Ltd. ("Shenzhen Kaihong"). Shenzhen Kaihong is a leading OpenHarmony ecosystem platform enterprise in China, focusing on providing basic software services for the digital and intelligent transformation of various industries, and is committed to building the "Kaihong Secure Digital Foundation" in the era of intelligent connectivity of all things.

The announcement stated that according to the strategic cooperation agreement, both parties will fully integrate and utilize their respective resources and industry advantages to jointly explore a Token factory system integrated with smart terminal operating systems. This strategic cooperation marks the further extension of the Group's data Tokenization capabilities towards smart terminal operating systems.

The announcement disclosed that the parties will carry out the following strategic cooperation: First, jointly develop vertical industry small models and Tokenization capabilities based on AI full-chain data infrastructure integrated with smart terminal operating systems, jointly building an integrated AI data infrastructure of "underlying operating system - full-chain data governance - vertical small models", and jointly landing vertical industry small models in energy, water, agriculture, smart city, and other sectors, achieving an end-to-end closed loop from physical world data collection to AI Tokenization application. The announcement also disclosed that the agreement signed this time is a strategic cooperation agreement.
