NewTimeSpace News:June 18, 2026,Mabwell (02493.HK) announced that at the workers' committee and staff representative conference held on June 18, 2026, Dr. Gui Xun was elected as the employee representative director of the company's third session of the board of directors, and will form the third session of the board together with directors elected by the shareholders' meeting.
According to the announcement, Dr. Gui currently serves as the company's vice general manager, overseeing early-stage innovative research and molecular discovery. He has held this position since June 2023 and was elected as an employee representative director in December 2025.
