The Company expects to announce details of the level of subscriptions for the international offering, the level of applications for the Hong Kong public offering, the basis of allotment of Hong Kong offer shares and the allotment results of the Hong Kong public offering on April 27, 2026. Assuming the global offering becomes unconditional on or before 8:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on April 28, 2026, the H shares are expected to commence trading on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on April 28, 2026, in board lots of 200 shares.
