NewTimeSpace News: On 18 June 2026, Cofoe Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (01187.HK) issued an announcement. Changsha Xiezihou Medical Investment Co., Ltd., the Company’s controlling shareholder, pledged 8,000,000 A-shares held by it to Ziyuan Sub-branch of Changsha Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. on 16 June 2026 as security for its commercial loan. The pledged shares account for approximately 3.39% of the Company’s total issued share capital. The pledgee is an independent third party and not a connected person of the Company.

As at the date of the announcement, Xiezihou Investment has pledged a total of 8,000,000 A-shares, and none of its held shares are subject to freezing orders. The Company noted that the controlling shareholder maintains sound credit standing and corresponding debt repayment capacity. There is no risk of margin call or compulsory transfer of ownership for the pledged shares, and relevant risks arising from the share pledge remain controllable. Should any margin call risk emerge, the controlling shareholder will promptly notify the Company and fulfill its information disclosure obligations.
