(the "Xiezihao Investment"), on 22 September 2026 pledged 8,000,000 A shares of the Company (approximately 3.39% of the Company's total issued share capital) to Agricultural Bank of China Limited Changsha Yuhua District Sub-branch as the beneficiary, as security for its bona fide commercial loan.
The announcement disclosed that the pledgee is an independent third party of the Company and not a connected person. As of the date of this announcement, Xiezihao Investment has in aggregate pledged 16,000,000 A shares of the Company, representing approximately 6.78% of the Company's total issued share capital.
The Company stated that the shares held by Xiezihao Investment are not subject to any freeze, and as of the date of this announcement its credit standing is sound with corresponding repayment capacity; the pledged shares carry no risk of forced liquidation or compulsory transfer, and the pledge risk is controllable.
