XUNFEIHEALTH(02506.HK) Signs MOU with PT DSST Mas Gemilang Under Sinar Mas Group to Expand AI Healthcare Footprint in Indonesia and Southeast Asia

NewTimeSpace News: On 17 June 2026, Xunfei Healthcare Technology Co., Ltd. (02506.HK) released a voluntary announcement stating that the Company entered into a Memorandum of Understanding on Strategic Cooperation in Artificial Intelligence Medical Technology with PT DSST Mas Gemilang on 9 June 2026.

Both parties intend to establish a long-term strategic partnership. By integrating the Company’s AI medical technologies with the counterparty’s digital infrastructure, investment capacity and local market resources in Indonesia, the cooperation aims to accelerate the rollout of AI solutions within Indonesia’s healthcare system, back priority public health programs initiated by the Indonesian government, and jointly explore co-investment, joint product development and commercialization prospects in the digital health sector across Indonesia and the broader Southeast Asian region.

The counterparty PT DSST Mas Gemilang is an investment holding platform under Indonesia’s Sinar Mas Group focusing on digital infrastructure and technology businesses, whose parent firm is listed Indonesian entity PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (IDX ticker: DSSA). The Company pointed out that Southeast Asia boasts one of the world’s fastest-growing demands for digitalized medical services. This collaboration will facilitate its localized entry into Indonesia, its first key overseas market, laying a solid foundation for its overall internationalization strategy. The announcement clarifies that cooperation contemplated under the MOU may or may not materialize, and no legally binding definitive agreements in respect of specific transactions have been executed to date.
