NewTimeSpace News: On 15 October 2026, Xunfei Healthcare Technology Co., Ltd. (02506.HK) announced that on 14 October 2026 it entered into a cooperation framework agreement with Shanghai Rici Medical Investment Group Co., Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Rici Healthcare Holdings Limited (01526.HK). Under the agreement, the parties will cooperate in three areas: licensing Shanghai Rici Medical to use certain functions of the Xunfei Spark medical large model, including symptom self-assessment, drug enquiry and report interpretation; enabling interconnection of user health data with explicit user authorisation; and exploring commercialised health management solutions through physical examination channels. The Rici Healthcare Group operates one Grade III Class B general hospital and 80 physical examination centres across 28 cities as at 30 June 2026. The Company stressed that the cooperation may or may not proceed.
