The counterparty will procure a total of 1,000 autonomous logistics vehicles and supporting systems applicable to multiple logistics sectors including fresh produce, food and pharmaceuticals. The partner shall be responsible for coordinating applications for road usage rights and completing vehicle licensing formalities.
