HONY MEDIA (00419.HK) plans to issue in total 137.5 million shares by subscription, with estimated net proceeds of HKD 54.8 million

According to the agreement, the subscriber conditionally agreed to subscribe for in total 137.5 million shares subscription, which represent approximately 9.28% of the company's existing issued share capital as of the date of this announcement, and approximately 8.49% after the subscription.
The subscription price per share is HKD 0.4, at a discount of approximately 17.53% to the closing price of HKD 0.485 per share on the HKEX on the date of the subscription agreement. After deducting the subscription commission, professional fees, and all related expenses that the company may incur, the net proceeds from the subscription are estimated to be approximately HKD 54.8 million.
