HONY MEDIA (00419.HK): Signs cooperation agreement with A-Living Smart Property Services on property robot operation platform

NewTimeSpace News: On 4 September 2026, Hony Media Group (stock code: 00419) voluntarily announced that Ainuobo (Chengdu) Technology Co., Ltd., an indirect subsidiary of the Group, has signed the "Cooperation Agreement on Joint Construction and Operation of a Property Robot Operation Platform" with A-Living Smart Property Services Co., Ltd. ("A-Living Smart Property Services"), with a cooperation term of five years. The parties will use the Group's AIROBO operating system as the technology foundation to jointly construct and operate a property service robot operation management platform, achieving unified access and unified operation management of robots of multiple brands and categories, and promoting the scaled application of robots in community and property scenarios. The cooperation will help the Group verify and accumulate robot operation capabilities in real property scenarios and gradually develop a replicable operation model.

A-Living Smart Property Services is a wholly-owned subsidiary of A-Living Smart City Services Co., Ltd. ("A-Living Services"), a company listed on the Stock Exchange (stock code: 3319). A-Living Services manages properties with an aggregate GFA of over 500 million square metres, over 3,800 projects under management, and has entered nearly 200 cities across China; in 2025, A-Living Services recorded revenue of over RMB 12.8 billion.

To the best of the directors' knowledge, information and belief after making all reasonable enquiries, A-Living Smart Property Services and its ultimate beneficial owners are independent third parties of the Company and its connected persons. The Company noted that the specific progress of the cooperation is subject to the project documents to be signed by the parties subsequently and the actual progress, and there remains certain uncertainty.
