(Greentown Property Service), with a cooperation term of three years. The two parties will use the Group's AIROBO operating system as the technology foundation to jointly build and operate a property service robot operation management platform, enabling unified access and unified operation management of multi-brand, multi-category robots and promoting the scaled application of robots in community and property scenarios.

The announcement stated that Greentown Property Service is a wholly owned subsidiary of Greentown Service Group Co., Ltd. (stock code: 02869.HK), with a property management area of approximately 580 million square meters, over 3,800 property management projects and operations in 194 cities nationwide; Greentown recorded property service revenue of over RMB 13.6 billion in fiscal year 2025.

In terms of project progress, the two parties have completed the construction of the Xixi International demonstration project at Greentown's headquarters, incorporating multi-category robots such as inspection and delivery, and are promoting the unified access and coordinated operation of Greentown's nationwide property robots through the Group's AIROBO unified operation platform, advancing community robot applications from single-machine, single-scenario pilots to multi-category, platform-based integrated operations. The platform serves as independent third-party operational infrastructure supporting the unified access and operation management of robots of different brands and categories. This cooperation and project implementation represent another important step for the Group in expanding its robot operation platform business, helping to validate and accumulate robot operation capabilities in real property scenarios and gradually form a replicable operation model.
