CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Officially Launches S$1.4 Billion Geneo Project to Revitalise Singapore Science Park
NewTimeSpace News: On May 22, 2026, CapitaLand Ascendas REIT inaugurated Geneo life science and innovation centre in Singapore.
Jointly owned by CapitaLand Development and CapitaLand Ascendas REIT, the development boasts a total gross floor area of around 180,600 square metres. About 80,000 square metres are purpose-built facilities for biomedical research, flexible laboratories and innovative office premises.
The project has secured tenancy from multiple global leading enterprises, namely A*STAR, Barry Callebaut, Chugai Pharmaceutical, Henkel and NSG Bio. These businesses span biotechnology, advanced manufacturing, food innovation and pharmaceutical research and development sectors.
