Eastroc Beverage (09980.HK): Wholly-owned Subsidiary Signs Land Grant Contract for Chengdu Production Base

NewTimeSpace News: Eastroc Beverage (Group) Co., Ltd. (09980.HK) issued an overseas regulatory announcement on May 14, 2026. At the 20th meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors held on January 22, 2026, the Company approved the establishment of a project company in Wenjiang High-tech Industrial Park, Chengdu, to invest in and construct the Eastroc Beverage Chengdu Production Base Project. The Company has set up its wholly-owned subsidiary Chengdu Eastroc Vitamin Beverage Co., Ltd. to oversee the project’s construction, production and operation.

Recently, the Chengdu project entity entered into the land grant contract with the Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources of Wenjiang District, Chengdu. The land parcel, with parcel number 510115007001GB00074W00000000, is located at Groups 1, 3 and 4, Guangming Community, Jinma Subdistrict and Group 9, Kangquan Community, Yongquan Subdistrict, Wenjiang District, Chengdu. The granted land area is 185,876.82 square metres, zoned as Class II industrial land (standard land) with a land grant term of 50 years. The total grant price amounts to RMB 87,826,788.00, payable in a lump sum within 30 days from the date of contract signing.

The acquisition of the land use right will facilitate the smooth progress of the Chengdu Production Base project, further enhance the Company’s market coverage and supply response capacity in the southwest and northwest regions, effectively shorten the logistics radius and reduce transportation costs. The transaction constitutes neither a connected transaction nor a major asset restructuring.
