NewTimeSpace News: The initial public offering (IPO) subscription of Eastroc Beverage (Group) Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong will close tomorrow (January 29). The company is scheduled to list on the main board of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) on February 3, with the stock code "09980".

Pursuant to the issuance arrangement, the company plans to globally offer 40.88 million shares at a maximum offer price of HK$248 per share. Each board lot consists of 100 shares, with an entry fee of approximately HK$25,050.11 per lot.

In terms of market response, as per the latest statistics, the total margin financing capital for its public offering tranche stands at approximately HK$11.751 billion, with the public fundraising amount at around HK$1.0141 billion, representing an over-subscription rate of about 10.59 times pro tanto.
