SINGAPORE INST OF ADV MED: Secures SGX-ST Approval to Issue Up to Approximately 493 Million Rights Shares and Free Warrants
NewTimeSpace News: On 12 May 2026, SINGAPORE INST OF ADV MED announced that the Company obtained the listing and quotation approval from SGX Catalist on 11 May for its previously disclosed non-underwritten renounceable rights issue together with free warrants.
Under the arrangement, the Company will issue up to approximately 493 million rights shares at an issue price of S$0.031 per share, on the entitlement basis of two rights shares for every five existing shares held. One free warrant will be attached to each rights share subscribed, with a maximum of around 493 million warrants to be issued in total. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one new share at an exercise price of S$0.050. Upon full exercise of the warrants, up to an additional 493 million new shares may be issued.
