Octopus (APAC) Holdings: Application for Extension of Time to Comply with Annual Report Rules Rejected by SGX, Intends to Appeal
NewTimeSpace News: On May 8, 2026, Octopus (APAC) Holdings Limited announced that its application for an extension of time to comply with Catalist Rules 705(1), 707(1), 707(2) and 711A (relating to, among others, the issuance of annual reports) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, was rejected on May 7, 2026, by Singapore Exchange Regulation. SGX RegCo was of the view that there were no extenuating reasons to grant a waiver.
The Company stated that it intends to submit an appeal to SGX RegCo and will update shareholders on the outcome of the appeal in due course.
