Global Invacom and Satwave Arrays Sign MoU to Jointly Advance Commercialization of Next-Generation Multi-Orbit Flat Panel Antennas
NewTimeSpace News: On March 24, 2026, Global Invacom announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary had signed an MoU with Atlanta, US-based Satwave Arrays. The two parties will integrate their technological strengths to jointly research, develop and commercialize the next-generation Ka/Ku-band multi-orbit Flat Panel Antenna (FPA).
Pursuant to the agreement, the two sides will collaborate to build a new type of satellite terminal antenna. Its core advantage is the seamless switching between the three major orbits without signal attenuation. Boasting a compact and durable design, the ruggedized antenna can meet the stringent requirements of both the defense and commercial sectors.
The Chief Technology Officers of both companies stated that this cooperation will address the industry's key pain point of orbit switching for existing antennas, integrate their respective technological advantages, and create a high-performance, high-reliability next-generation flat panel antenna.
It is reported that the new antenna has made its debut at SatShow Week 2026. The announcement clarified that the MoU is not expected to have any impact on Global Invacom's consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share for the financial year 2026.
