ALLTRONICS (00833.HK): Receives First Distribution from Guarantor's Bankruptcy in Bonroy Disposal

NewTimeSpace News: On 24 August 2026, Alltronics Holdings Limited (stock code: 00833) announced that the bankruptcy administrator of the guarantor in relation to the very substantial disposal of the entire issued share capital of Bonroy Limited and connected transaction issued an announcement on 16 June 2026 regarding the first cash distribution from the proceeds of the guarantor's bankruptcy assets.

According to the distribution schedule, the Group is entitled to receive RMB 156,945.61 as partial settlement of the consideration and RMB 304,706.23 as partial settlement of the debt, both of which were received by the Group on 21 August 2026 and will be recognised as income in the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2026.
