NE ELECTRIC(00042.HK): Supplements Disclosure of Connected Lease Transaction, 2026 Rent Reduced to RMB6 Million

NE ELECTRIC announced that its subsidiary has entered into the fourth supplementary agreement to the lease contract with connected party Dalian Changjiang Plaza Co., Ltd. Due to the underperformance of the Northeast Asian overseas source market for foreign-related hotels in Dalian, the 2026 rent has been reduced from RMB7.5 million to RMB6 million.

NewTimeSpace News: NE ELECTRIC (00042.HK) issued a supplementary announcement on January 19, 2026, providing additional details on the connected lease transaction disclosed on December 24, 2025, which involves an adjustment to the lease rent of the subsidiary’s hotel property.

According to the announcement, Hainan Yitang Flight Hotel Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of NE ELECTRIC, has signed the fourth supplementary agreement to the lease contract with Dalian Changjiang Plaza Co., Ltd., a connected party. The adjustment comes as the Northeast Asian overseas source market for foreign-related hotels in Dalian has underperformed since 2025 with no obvious signs of recovery. After negotiations, both parties agreed to lower the 2026 rent from RMB7.5 million to RMB6 million.
