SINOHEALTH TECH (02361.HK): Zhang Xiao resigns as company secretary and authorized representative, Yip Man Wai appointed as successor
NewTimeSpace News: On 26 August 2026, Sinohealth Technology Holdings Limited (stock code: 02361) announced that Ms. Zhang Xiao has resigned as company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and authorized representative for service of legal process and notices on the Company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, due to work arrangements, with effect from 26 August 2026. Ms. Zhang confirmed that there is no disagreement with the board and no matters relating to her resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the Stock Exchange and the shareholders of the Company.
On the same day, Ms. Yip Man Wai was appointed as company secretary and authorized representative, with effect from 26 August 2026. The announcement stated that Ms. Yip is an assistant manager of Fangyuan Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited with over eight years of experience in the corporate secretarial field, admitted as a member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK) in 2023, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) from Hong Kong Shue Yan University (2017).
