News Update: Yuexiu Property Company Limited (00123.HK) announced that on January 6, 2026, through its 95%-owned subsidiary Shanghai Yueheng Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., it successfully secured the Land Parcel E04B-10 in Unit Y00-0402 of Pudong New Area, Shanghai, via public listing, with a bid amount of RMB 2.561 billion.
The land parcel has a site area of approximately 26,931.62 square meters and a total permissible construction area of around 108,957.9 square meters, among which the gross floor area is about 67,329.05 square meters. Zoned for residential use, the parcel is planned to be developed into saleable residential properties. In accordance with planning requirements, the parcel is obligated to include supporting public service facilities of approximately 1,260 square meters, which will be transferred to the government free of charge.
Located in the Gaohang sub-district between the inner and outer ring roads of Pudong, the parcel is adjacent to the Jinqiao and Waigaoqiao industrial zones, falling within the extension area of the Senlan International Community. It boasts abundant surrounding ecological resources and is close to Senlan Green Space.
