E Fund (HK) Solactive Global Gold Miner Select Index ETF (2824.HK) rose 4.11% and E Fund (HK) CSI Liquor Index ETF (3189.HK) rose 2.87%; CSOP YINHUA CSI 5G COMMUNICATIONS THEME ETF (3193.HK) fell 2.47%, with leveraged ChiNext and STAR 50 products pulling back modestly. Overall, the gold miner, liquor and consumption directions formed an evident defensive sector linkage, with all top ten gainers rising more than 1.8%.

The 5G communication, leveraged ChiNext, STAR 50 and China semiconductor products came under pressure on the day, but except for 5G communication, none fell more than 1.9%.
