ADASPACE: CSRC Filing Notice for 84.1m H Shares and 397.9m-Share Conversion
NewTimeSpace News: On 30 October 2026, according to a CSRC disclosure, the overseas listing and domestic unlisted share "full circulation" filing of Adaspace Technology Co., Ltd. ("Adaspace") was accepted, with the CSRC's International Cooperation Department issuing a filing notice on 29 September 2026.
The filing notice showed that the company plans to issue up to 84,096,100 overseas-listed ordinary shares for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, while 99 shareholders plan to convert a total of 397,904,170 domestic unlisted shares into overseas-listed shares for trading on the HKEX. Under the filing requirements, if the overseas listing and share conversion are not completed within 12 months from the date of the filing notice, updated filing materials must be submitted to continue.
Adaspace is a commercial aerospace company focused on satellite-related services and satellite-based solutions, which passed the HKEX main-board listing hearing on 29 October 2026.
