Amlogic (688099.SH) gets CSRC filing nod for HK listing of 53.8m shares

NewTimeSpace News: On 30 September 2026, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) disclosed that it had issued an overseas offering and listing filing notice (dated 24 August 2026) to Amlogic (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (A-share stock code: 688099.SH), confirming the filing of its overseas offering and listing. According to the notice, the Company intends to issue no more than 53,815,500 ordinary shares for overseas listing and to list them on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The notice states that, from the date of issuance until the completion of the overseas offering and listing, the Company shall report any material event through the CSRC's filing administration information system in accordance with the relevant rules on overseas securities offering and listing by domestic enterprises; within 15 working days after completing the overseas offering and listing, the Company shall report the offering and listing status through the same system, and it shall strictly comply with the relevant domestic and overseas laws, regulations and rules during the process.

The notice also states that if the Company fails to complete the overseas offering and listing within 12 months from the date of issuance of the notice and intends to proceed, it shall update its filing materials. The notice only confirms the filing information of the Company's overseas offering and listing; it does not indicate that the CSRC makes any substantive judgment or guarantee on the investment value of the Company's securities or investors' returns, nor does it indicate any guarantee or confirmation by the CSRC as to the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the filing materials.
