AMLOGIC (688099.SH): CSRC Filing for H-Share Issue of Up to 53.8M Shares

NewTimeSpace News: On 30 September 2026, Amlogic (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (stock code: 688099.SH) completed the filing with the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) for its overseas offering and listing, proposing to issue not more than 53,815,500 overseas-listed ordinary shares and to list them on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The filing notice issued by the International Cooperation Department of the CSRC was dated 24 August 2026.

According to the filing notice, from the date of its issuance until completion of the overseas offering and listing, the Company shall report any material matters through the CSRC's filing administration information system in accordance with the relevant provisions on the overseas offering and listing of domestic enterprises. Within 15 working days after completion of the overseas offering and listing, the Company shall report the offering and listing status through that system and strictly comply with the relevant laws, regulations and rules in and outside the PRC. Where the Company fails to complete the overseas offering and listing within 12 months from the date of the filing notice and intends to continue, it shall update its filing materials.

The filing notice stated that it only confirms the filing information of the enterprise's overseas offering and listing, and does not represent any substantive judgement or assurance by the CSRC on the investment value of the enterprise's securities or investors' returns, nor any assurance or affirmation as to the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the filing materials.
