(stock code: 688036.SH) announced that it is proceeding with the issue of overseas-listed foreign shares (H shares) and the listing of such shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX), and that the Listing Committee of HKEX held a listing hearing on 17 September 2026 to consider the Company's application.
The Company's sponsor received a letter from HKEX on 18 September 2026 stating that the Listing Committee has reviewed the Company's listing application, but the letter does not constitute a formal approval for listing and HKEX retains the right to raise further comments on the application. The issue and listing remain subject to final approval by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong and HKEX, among other relevant regulators and stock exchanges, and remain subject to uncertainty.
