(06700.HK; A-share code 300468.SZ) announced that, in view of the prevailing market conditions, it has decided to postpone the Global Offering and the listing of its H shares. The public offering of its H shares closed on 17 September 2026, having run from 14 September 2026, and the Company issued a postponement announcement on the HKEX website on 17 September 2026.
According to the announcement, the Global Offering comprised 58,961,100 H Shares, of which 5,896,200 H Shares were offered in the Hong Kong Public Offering (approximately 10%) and 53,064,900 H Shares in the International Offering (approximately 90%), at a maximum offer price of HK$16.00 per H Share, with a board lot of 100 H Shares and an entrance fee of HK$1,616.13; based on the maximum offer price, gross proceeds amount to approximately HKD 943 million and net proceeds to approximately HKD 869 million. CMB International Capital Limited and Guosen Securities (HK) Capital Company Limited are the Joint Sponsors. Under the original timetable, the Company was to announce the allocation results on 21 September 2026 and list on 22 September 2026.
As a result of the postponement, the International Underwriting Agreement will not be entered into and the Hong Kong Underwriting Agreement will not become unconditional; application monies will be refunded in full without interest, with electronic refund instructions to be dispatched on 22 September 2026 where monies were paid from a single bank account and refund cheques to be dispatched on or before 22 September 2026 where monies were paid from multiple accounts, and the H Share certificates have not been issued and will not be delivered to any applicants. The Company and the Joint Overall Coordinators are carefully assessing an updated timetable for the Global Offering and the Listing.
