NewTimeSpace News: On 6 September 2026, Shenzhen Forms Syntron Information Co., Ltd. (300468.SZ) passed the hearing of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CMB International and Guosen Securities (Hong Kong) acting as joint sponsors. The Company is a mature banking fintech service provider rooted in the Greater Bay Area, providing fintech software development services, consulting services and system integration services to banks, regulators and other financial institutions in Mainland China and Hong Kong, supporting their ongoing digital transformation.

The Company's services span three segments: (i) fintech software development services — including banking technology services (bank product portfolios for retail banking, corporate banking and core banking, digital banking channel solutions, and banking operations and data services) and financial infrastructure and fintech innovation services (financial infrastructure services supporting payment and settlement systems for regulators and financial infrastructure operators, and fintech innovation services using blockchain and artificial intelligence to design and deploy new digital financial systems for financial institutions and regulators); (ii) consulting services — providing fintech strategy, architecture and implementation advice to banks, regulators and financial infrastructure operators, with independent deliverables including solution blueprints, feasibility studies and proof of concepts; and (iii) system integration services — providing end-to-end implementation for financial institutions, covering procurement management, hardware purchase, third-party software licensing, installation, integration and testing.

The Company's innovation is driven by two proprietary technology platforms: FINNOSafe (automating compliance throughout the lifecycle of tokenised assets by embedding regulatory rules into smart contracts) and FINNOSmart (an enterprise-grade generative AI platform ensuring data sovereignty). The Company co-developed Banking Copilot with Microsoft in 2023 (which has evolved into an intelligent agent focused on fraud prevention and compliance assurance), and, leveraging its technological strengths, has been granted seven patents, 345 software copyrights, and multiple certifications including Capability Maturity Model Integration Level 5 (CMMI Level 5) and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (ISO 27001); supported by its Shenzhen-Hong Kong integrated teams, over 90% of the Company's employees were technology professionals as of 31 March 2026.

In respect of financials, the Company's revenue decreased by 14.8% from RMB 740.4 million in 2024 to RMB 631.1 million in 2025 (RMB 730.4 million in 2023); revenue for the first three months of 2025 and 2026 was RMB 131.6 million and RMB 156.3 million respectively. Profit for the years of 2023, 2024 and 2025 was RMB 47.4 million, RMB 67.4 million and RMB 74.3 million respectively, and RMB 12.9 million and RMB 10.6 million for the first three months of 2025 and 2026 respectively. The gross margin increased from 33.1% in 2024 to 37.8% in 2025, driven by a deliberate strategic transformation initiated in the fourth quarter of 2024 that prioritises core and higher-margin business activities while systematically reducing participation in non-core business lines. Founded in 2003, the Company's principal business has always been fintech software development services, and since 2018, revenue from overseas clients has for the first time exceeded 50% of its total revenue.
