LONGSYS: Passes HKEX Hearing; World's Second-Largest Independent Semiconductor Memory Manufacturer

NewTimeSpace News: According to HKEX disclosures on 23 August, Shenzhen Longsys Electronics Co., Ltd. has passed the HKEX hearing, with CITIC SEC and Citigroup as joint sponsors; as an independent brand semiconductor memory manufacturer, the Company held a 1.2% share of the global memory market in 2025 and ranked as the world's ninth largest memory manufacturer, the second largest independent semiconductor memory manufacturer globally and the largest in China by 2025 revenue, operating three brands: FORESEE, Zilia and Lexar.

NewTimeSpace News: According to disclosures by the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 23 August, Shenzhen Longsys Electronics Co., Ltd. has passed the listing hearing for a Main Board listing on the HKEX, with CITIC SEC and Citigroup acting as joint sponsors. The Company is an independent brand semiconductor memory manufacturer that procures memory wafers and controller chips from IDMs and controller chip suppliers, and does not engage in wafer manufacturing. Leveraging its capabilities spanning controller chip and memory chip design, firmware development and back-end manufacturing (including system-in-package, testing and assembly), the Company designs, develops, back-end manufactures and sells a complete portfolio of memory products for consumer, enterprise and industrial-grade applications.

In terms of market position, the Company held a 1.2% share of the global memory products market in 2025. According to CIC, by memory product revenue in 2025, the Company is the ninth largest memory manufacturer globally, the second largest independent semiconductor memory manufacturer among more than 100 market participants globally, and the largest independent memory manufacturer among more than 30 market participants in China.

In terms of brands, the Company currently owns and operates three principal brands: FORESEE, primarily serving the B2B market, which has accumulated significant reputation and first-mover advantages through more than a decade of independent development, particularly in end-side devices such as smartphones and computers, and the automotive sector; Zilia, launched in 2023 following the acquisition of SMART Brazil (a Brazilian semiconductor memory manufacturer under SMART Global), primarily serving the Latin American B2B market; and Lexar, a global premium brand acquired in 2017, whose products have been sold in more than 60 countries and regions and primarily serve the B2C memory market, including photography, videography and gaming. Founded in 1999, the Company has been deeply engaged in the semiconductor memory industry for over two decades, expanding from trading semiconductor memory products to core capabilities spanning back-end manufacturing, controller chip and memory chip design, firmware development and packaging and testing across the semiconductor memory value chain.
