Junlebao Dairy Group: refiles for Hong Kong listing on 20 August, CICC and Morgan Stanley as joint sponsors; No.3 national dairy company in China
NewTimeSpace News: On 20 August 2026, Junlebao Dairy Group Co., Ltd. refiled its application for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CICC and Morgan Stanley acting as joint sponsors. The Company is a well-known Chinese dairy company with over 30 years of industry experience, producing and selling dairy products under the mother brand "Junlebao" and other own brands including "Jianchun" and "Yuexianhuo", with the vast majority of its revenue generated from Mainland China. According to Frost & Sullivan, by 2025 China market retail sales, the Company ranked third among national dairy companies with a market share of 4.3%.
According to the announcement, by 2025 China market retail sales, the Company holds strong positions in the low-temperature liquid milk segment: first in China's low-temperature liquid milk market with a market share of 15.6%, second in the fresh milk market with a share of 13.4%, second in the low-temperature yogurt market with a share of 17.3%, and fourth in China's liquid milk market with a share of 5.9%. Among them, "Jianchun" has been the No.1 low-temperature yogurt brand since 2022 (8.0% share in 2025), and "Yuexianhuo" became the No.1 fresh milk brand in 2025 (11.0% share). Revenue from low-temperature liquid milk accounted for 42.5% and 46.5% of total revenue in 2025 and the six months ended 30 June 2026, respectively.
The announcement states that the Company also offers milk powder, ambient liquid milk products and other dairy products, ranking fifth in China's formula milk powder market in 2025 with a market share of 3.9%, and has ranked third among domestic brands in the infant formula milk powder market for six consecutive years from 2020 to 2025 (4.1% share in 2025). By market size, China's overall dairy market reached approximately RMB 653.8 billion in 2025, with the low-temperature liquid milk segment reaching RMB 94.6 billion in 2025 and expected to grow to RMB 123 billion by 2030 (a CAGR of 5.2% from 2026 to 2030).
