Shenzhen PowerOak Newener: HKEX filing lapses after 6 months, BLUETTI portable power supplier with over 3.5 million units shipped globally

NewTimeSpace News: On 17 August 2026, the Hong Kong listing application of Shenzhen PowerOak Newener Co., Ltd. filed on 15 February 2026 has lapsed after exceeding the six-month validity period, with Zero2IPO Capital as the original sole sponsor; the Company operates portable power products under the BLUETTI brand, ranking fourth globally by revenue and shipment share, with products sold in more than 120 countries and regions.

NewTimeSpace News: On 17 August 2026, the listing application of Shenzhen PowerOak Newener Co., Ltd. filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 15 February 2026 has lapsed as it exceeded the six-month validity period, with Zero2IPO Capital having acted as the sole sponsor at the time of filing. Operating under the BLUETTI brand, the Company is a leading supplier and innovator of portable power products. According to Frost & Sullivan, the Company ranks fourth globally by both revenue share (6.6%) and shipment share (7.5%).

Since launching the BLUETTI brand in 2020, the Company has expanded rapidly through fast product iteration supported by its in-house R&D team and omnichannel brand building, establishing significant global brand influence with products sold in more than 120 countries and regions. As of 31 December 2025, the Company had cumulatively shipped over 3.5 million power storage products worldwide and secured 847 valid patents globally, including 308 invention patents. The Company has driven key technological shifts, including launching portable power products in 2013, driving the global portable power industry's transition to lithium iron phosphate batteries in 2019, and introducing the first 2 kWh-class portable power product in 2020.

The Company's production bases are mainly located in China with planned expansion, supplemented by a factory of a professional partner in Indonesia mainly serving the US market; as of the Latest Practicable Date, the Company operated 22 service centers in 17 countries and regions providing round-the-clock multilingual customer service, with 30 subsidiaries worldwide also providing customer service and technical support.
