NewTimeSpace News: On 14 August 2026, the CSRC International Department issued a supplementary filing requirement to Grace Fabric Technology Co., Ltd. for its overseas listing, requiring the Company to provide supplementary explanations on the necessity and reasonableness of its Hong Kong listing, with clear legal opinions from its lawyers.

The regulator requires the Company to further explain, in light of the use of proceeds, the necessity and reasonableness of the proposed Hong Kong listing.
