Grace Fabric Technology Tops Global High-end Electronic Fabric Sector, Files for HKEX Listing

According to Frost & Sullivan, the company ranks first globally by revenue of ultra-thin and super-thin electronic fabrics in 2025, commanding a market share of 20.5%. In the special electronic fabric segment, it ranks 3rd globally and 1st domestically in low CTE fabric revenue, and 7th globally and 3rd domestically in low Dk/Df fabric revenue. It is also one of only two domestic manufacturers capable of stable mass supply of second-generation low Dk/Df fabrics.

It has integrated production capacity covering electronic yarn and electronic fabric, standing among the few enterprises worldwide with a full-range product lineup.
Per Frost & Sullivan statistics:
In the high-end regular electronic fabric market, the company secured the global No.1 position with a 20.5% market share based on combined revenue of ultra-thin and super-thin fabrics in 2025.
In special electronic fabrics, it ranked 3rd globally and 1st in China in terms of low CTE fabric revenue in 2025, being the only domestic player with mass production capacity for full-series low CTE fabrics. Meanwhile, it took 7th place worldwide and 3rd place domestically in low Dk/Df fabric revenue, and is one of merely two Chinese firms that can steadily deliver second-generation low Dk/Df fabrics in bulk.
Its quartz fabric products were among the first batch to obtain client certifications globally, and the company has achieved formal mass production of quartz fabrics.
The company has established long-term and stable partnerships with leading copper clad laminate manufacturers and IC packaging substrate producers worldwide. Its products are fully integrated into the core supply chains of major suppliers of high-end GPUs, CPUs and flagship smartphones.
