(A-share code: 301358) submitted an H-share listing application to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, with CSC International and HSBC acting as joint sponsors. The Company is a globally leading new energy materials company with both technological innovation and advanced manufacturing capabilities, focusing on the research, development, production and sale of phosphate-based cathode materials (mainly lithium iron phosphate), committed to providing high-performance, high-consistency and cost-effective cathode materials to global new energy customers.

According to Frost & Sullivan, by shipment volume, the Company has ranked first among global phosphate-based cathode material suppliers for six consecutive years from 2020 to 2025, with a global market share of 28.2% in 2025; by 2025 shipment volume, it also ranked first in the global high-end lithium iron phosphate cathode material market, with a market share of 55.4%. In terms of customer coverage, the Company has full coverage of the top ten Chinese power battery manufacturers, the top ten Chinese energy storage battery manufacturers and the top ten global energy storage battery manufacturers, and covers 9 of the top ten global power battery manufacturers. The Company is also one of the very few players in the industry with an integrated layout spanning "resources - precursors - cathode materials - recycling", achieving a 100% self-supply rate for the precursor iron phosphate.

In terms of financials, the Company's sales volume increased from 506,800 tonnes in 2023 to 710,600 tonnes in 2024, up 40.2%, and further to 1,137,100 tonnes in 2025, up 60.0%; in the first quarter of 2026, sales volume reached 298,800 tonnes, up 34.2% year on year. For the year of 2024, the Company's revenue was RMB 22,598.5 million, down 45.4% year on year, with net profit attributable to shareholders down 62.4%, mainly due to the decline in the average price of phosphate-based cathode materials driven by falling lithium carbonate prices; for the year of 2025, revenue increased to RMB 34,624.8 million, up 53.2% year on year, and net profit attributable to shareholders rose from RMB 593.6 million to RMB 1,277.2 million, up 115.2%. In the first quarter of 2026, revenue was RMB 14,965.4 million, up 121.3% year on year, and profit attributable to shareholders of the Company was RMB 1,356.1 million, up 1,337.8% year on year.
