TRANSSION HOLDINGS (688036): Receives CSRC Filing Approval for Overseas Issuance, Plans to Issue Up to 132.39 Million H-Shares for HKEX Listing
NewTimeSpace News: Shenzhen Transsion Holdings Co., Ltd. (stock code: 688036) announced on August 7 that it has received a Notice on Overseas Issuance and Listing Filing from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) (Document No. Guohan [2026] No. 1847), approving the company to issue up to 132,386,200 overseas-listed ordinary shares for listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
According to the filing notice, the company shall report any major events through the CSRC's filing management information system from the date of the notice until the completion of the overseas issuance and listing. Within 15 working days after completion, the company shall report the issuance and listing status through the same system. In addition, if the company fails to complete the overseas issuance and listing within 12 months from the date of the notice and intends to continue, it must update the filing materials.
