ESWIN Files for Hong Kong IPO for the Third Time; China's Largest Domestic Provider of Smart Terminal HMI Chip Products
NewTimeSpace News: Beijing ESWIN Computing Technology Co., Ltd. filed its third listing application with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 31, 2026, with CITIC Securities and CSC Financial International acting as joint sponsors.
The Company is a RISC-V architecture-based chip product provider. RISC-V is a next-generation Reduced Instruction Set Computer (RISC) architecture designed with the principles of open-source, modularity, scalability, and high energy efficiency. The Company focuses on the R&D and design of chips, chipsets and/or boards, and related core software, outsourcing IC manufacturing, packaging, and testing to third-party service providers.
The Company offers smart terminal chip products (HMI chips and multimedia processing chips for home, office, and portable application scenarios) as well as interconnect and computing chip products (for automotive, robotics, and industrial application scenarios). According to Frost & Sullivan, based on 2025 revenue, the Company is the largest domestic provider of smart terminal HMI chip products in China.
RISC-V's penetration rate in China's smart terminal chip product market increased to 6.9% in 2025 and is projected to reach 26.7% by 2030. Its penetration rate in China's embodied intelligence chip product market increased to 10.7% in 2025 and is projected to reach 28.2% by 2030.
As of March 31, 2026, the Company has successfully brought over 150 hardware-software co-engineered products to market, serving 220 customers globally, with a cumulative total of over 620 IP modules, over 20 series of RISC-V cores, and over 1,740 patent applications.
