ESWIN HKEX Listing Application Lapses; Largest Number of Mass-Produced RISC-V Main Control Chip Products in China
NewTimeSpace News: The listing application filed by Beijing ESWIN Computing Technology Co., Ltd. with The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 30 January 2026 has lapsed upon the expiry of the six-month period. CITIC Securities and China Securities International served as the original joint sponsors.
The Company is a leading Chinese supplier of chip products based on the RISC-V architecture adopting a fabless business model, focusing on the R&D and design of chips, chipsets, circuit boards and relevant core software. By application scenarios, the Group’s offerings include smart terminal chip products (human-machine interaction chips and multimedia processing chips for home, office and portable scenarios) and embodied intelligence chip products (interconnection chips and computing chips for automotive, robotics and industrial scenarios).
According to Frost & Sullivan, measured by sales volume in 2024, the Company owns the largest number of mass-produced RISC-V main control chip products among suppliers in China. As at 30 September 2025, over 130 products of the Company have been successfully commercialised, serving more than 110 customers worldwide. The Company is a council member of RISC-V International and rotating chair entity of the RISC-V Industry Committee. It boasts more than 590 serialised RISC-V cores and over 1,660 patent applications (including more than 200 RISC-V-related applications).
