NewTimeSpace News: Yuen Kee Food Group Co., Ltd. re-filed its listing application with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 30, with Huatai International and GF Securities acting as joint sponsors. According to CIC (China Insights Consultancy), as of December 31, 2025, the Company was the largest Chinese-style fast food enterprise in China by store count. By 2025 GMV, it ranked No.8 in China's overall fast food industry and No.3 in the Chinese-style fast food segment. The store network expanded from 1,990 at the beginning of 2023 to 4,773 as of May 2026, including 41 overseas stores.

Centered on its flagship restaurant brand Yuen Kee Dumpling, the Company has established hand-wrapping and fresh on-site cooking as its core philosophy, offering consumers dumplings, wontons, and related products in both cooked and raw formats. Concurrently, the Company has launched pre-packaged dumpling and wonton products through its retail brand Yuen Kee Weixiang, reflecting an integrated foodservice-retail business model.

According to CIC, as of December 31, 2025, the Company was the largest Chinese-style fast food enterprise in China by store count. By 2025 GMV, it ranked No.8 in China's overall fast food industry and No.3 in the Chinese-style fast food segment, with market shares of 0.5% and 0.7%, respectively.

With respect to its store network, from January 1, 2023, to May 31, 2026, the total number of stores grew from 1,990 to 4,773, spanning 33 provinces, autonomous regions, special administrative regions, and municipalities, covering over 250 cities nationwide. The Company has also actively expanded into overseas markets, opening its first overseas store in Singapore at the end of 2024. As of May 31, 2026, it operated 41 overseas stores (36 in Singapore, 3 in Thailand, 1 in Malaysia, and 1 in the United Kingdom).
