NewTimeSpace News: On 20 July 2026, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) recently issued a filing notification covering the overseas issuance and listing of YUEN KEE FOOD GROUP CO., LTD., as well as full circulation of its domestic unlisted shares. The Company plans to issue a maximum of 23,824,000 overseas-listed ordinary shares for listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Meanwhile, 20 shareholders of the Company propose to convert an aggregate of 82,176,253 domestic unlisted shares into overseas-listed shares for trading on HKEX.
Per filing requirements, the Company shall submit a listing progress report to the CSRC within 15 working days after completing its overseas IPO. If the listing is not finished within 12 months from the date of the filing notice, updated filing documents must be resubmitted.
