Changzhou Xingyu Automotive Lighting Systems Co., Ltd. Files Second HKEX Listing Application; Huatai International Acts as Sole Sponsor, Aims to Become "First Hong Kong-listed Automotive Lighting Stock"

NewTimeSpace News: Changzhou Xingyu Automotive Lighting Systems Co., Ltd. submitted its second listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 29 July, with Huatai International serving as the sole sponsor. According to Frost & Sullivan, measured by sales revenue in 2025, the Company is China’s largest automotive lighting product supplier and ranks seventh globally in the worldwide automotive lighting market, capturing an 11.6% market share in China and 4.6% globally. It takes the top position in both global and China’s smart automotive lighting market with a 28.4% market share in China. The Company recorded revenue of approximately RMB15.26 billion and net profit of roughly RMB1.62 billion in 2025.

Leveraging its strengths in technological innovation and smart manufacturing, the Company designs, manufactures and sells automotive lighting products and related electronic components for global vehicle manufacturers. As at 31 March 2026, the Company has established supporting cooperative relationships with nine out of the world’s top ten automakers. It operates 12 manufacturing plants across China and Serbia, together with 16 R&D centres worldwide, serving key markets in Asia, Europe and the Americas.

Per Frost & Sullivan statistics, based on 2025 sales revenue, the Company ranks first in China and seventh globally in the overall automotive lighting market, with an 11.6% market share in China and 4.6% globally. It holds the leading position in both global and China’s smart automotive lighting market, with a 28.4% market share in China.

During the track record period, revenue rose from RMB10.248 billion in 2023 to RMB15.257 billion in 2025; net profit grew steadily from RMB1.102 billion in 2023 to RMB1.624 billion in 2025. Revenue for the first quarter of 2026 reached approximately RMB3.43 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 10.8%, while net profit stood at around RMB355 million, up 10.3% year on year.
