BANGSHUN PHARMA HKEX IPO Application Lapses, No Commercialised Products Yet

It strategically focuses on developing highly differentiated oral small-molecule drug candidates to address substantial unmet clinical needs in haematological malignancies and autoimmune disorders.
Leveraging its proprietary high-selectivity small-molecule drug discovery platform and molecular glue discovery platform, the Company has built a pipeline covering one NDA-stage candidate (Bezacitinib), one candidate under registrational clinical trials (CX1440) and five pre-clinical assets.
According to Frost & Sullivan data as of the latest practicable date, core product Bezacitinib is expected to be among the first three domestically developed JAK inhibitors approved in China for myelofibrosis treatment. In terms of clinical advancement, Bezacitinib ranks first among Chinese JAK inhibitors for polycythemia vera and leads globally among JAK inhibitors targeting essential thrombocythemia. Another core candidate CX1440 ranks among the world’s top three BTK inhibitors for immune thrombocytopenic purpura, and within the global top two BTK candidates for chronic spontaneous urticaria and autoimmune hemolytic anemia.
