For cornerstone placement, the Company has entered into cornerstone investment agreements with multiple cornerstone investors with aggregate subscription value of approximately US$3.45 billion (equivalent to roughly HK$27.04 billion). Calculated on the maximum offer price, cornerstone investors will subscribe for about 26,772,200 H Shares, accounting for 49.12% of the H Shares under the global offering (assuming the over-allotment option is not exercised) and approximately 2.29% of the total issued share capital immediately upon completion of the global offering.
