NewTimeSpace News: Silicon-Magic Semiconductor Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. submitted its third listing application to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 20 July 2026, with Huatai International appointed as sole sponsor.
The Group is a power semiconductor enterprise that provides high-efficiency power management solutions built on proprietary process technologies under the Virtual Integrated Device Manufacturer (Virtual IDM) model. Under this model, the Company invests in its key wafer manufacturing partner Fuxin Semiconductor and owns intellectual property rights to its proprietary process technologies, combining the asset-light flexibility of fabless operators with the design-process integration strengths of traditional IDMs.
Its core business covers the research, development and sales of power integrated circuits (ICs) and power devices within the power semiconductor sector. Products fall under three core technology lines: mobile technologies, display technologies and power devices, extensively applied in automotive, telecom equipment (base stations & network communication hardware), data centers (including AI servers), industrial scenarios (motor drives, battery management systems, green energy equipment and humanoid robots) and consumer electronics (smartphones, televisions).
In the power management IC (PMIC) segment, the Group focuses on custom PMICs for mobile and display applications, delivering one-stop power management solutions to global leading clients across smartphones, display panels and automotive industries. Per Frost & Sullivan statistics based on 2025 revenue, the Company holds approximately 0.4% of the global PMIC market share and 0.1% of the global MOSFET market share.
