Beijing Deltaphone’s HKEX IPO Application Expires After 6 Months; China’s 5th Largest Independent AIoT Service Provider Fails First Listing Attempt

NewTimeSpace News: The HKEX listing application of Beijing DELTAPHONE TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, filed on 20 January 2026, has expired upon the end of the six-month validity term, with SUNNY FORTUNE as the original sole sponsor. According to Frost & Sullivan, ranked by FY2024 revenue, the Group is China’s fifth-largest independent professional AIoT service provider with a market share of around 1.8%, and the third-largest independent professional AIoT service provider serving China’s energy sector with a market share of roughly 9.9%.

DELTAPHONE is a seasoned technology developer of AI-powered Industrial Internet of Things (AIoT) production optimisation software solutions. Per Frost & Sullivan research, based on FY2024 revenue, the Company ranks fifth among independent professional AIoT service providers nationwide, capturing a 1.8% market share; it ranks third for independent AIoT services within China’s energy industry with a 9.9% market share. The Group’s revenue climbed from approximately RMB442 million in FY2023 to RMB526 million in FY2024, representing an annual growth rate of about 18.8%.
