JPJ (TCM): Century-Old Chinese Medicine Maker Refiles HKEX Listing, Ranking No.1 in Hong Kong Proprietary Chinese Medicine Market

JPJ (TCM) is a Hong Kong-headquartered leading proprietary Chinese medicine conglomerate featuring a vertically integrated TCM business model focused on well-established heritage brands. Per Frost & Sullivan research, the Group secured the top spot in Hong Kong proprietary Chinese medicine market by 2025 terminal market sales, capturing a 9.2% market share.
Its heritage brand portfolio covers the 130-year-old Po Chai Pills and over 120-year-old Tin Hee Tong Tin Hee Pills, whose flagship products lead respective therapeutic segments of Hong Kong’s proprietary Chinese medicine market. The Group also owns renowned brands such as Flying Eagle Medicated Oil, Tong Tai Tsung and Sap Ling Oil, alongside a catalogue of over 700 single herb and compound concentrated Chinese herbal granules, ranking second in Hong Kong’s concentrated herbal granule segment.
The Group has expanded into TCM clinic services, operating 40 clinics as at 31 March 2026 staffed by more than 50 registered Chinese medicine practitioners. It is Hong Kong’s fifth-largest private chain TCM clinic operator and the largest private orthopaedic-specialised TCM clinic chain. For the year ended 31 March 2026, JPJ (TCM) recorded revenue of approximately HK$464 million and net profit of roughly HK$80.9 million.
