Founded in 2015, the biotech firm focuses on R&D of oncolytic immunotherapies and engineered exosome therapeutics. NewTimeSpace News: Immvira Bioscience Inc. refiled its listing application to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 16 July 2026, with Citi and China International Capital Corporation (CICC) serving as joint sponsors.
Founded in 2015, the Company is a clinical-demand-driven biotechnology enterprise dedicated to the discovery, development, manufacturing and commercialisation of novel oncolytic immunotherapies and engineered exosome therapeutics. As of the latest practicable date, the Group has built a dual pipeline portfolio comprising two oncolytic immunotherapy candidates for solid tumours and five engineered exosome products with clinical prospects or direct commercialisation potential.
MVR-T3011, the flagship asset, is a novel herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) oncolytic immunotherapy candidate currently in Phase II clinical development. It integrates potent oncolytic activity with the expression of anti-PD-1 antibody and IL-12. The product is being evaluated both as monotherapy and combination regimen across a full spectrum of bladder cancer indications (including first-line and second-line treatment for high-risk NMIBC, neoadjuvant or adjuvant chemotherapy for MIBC), as well as third-line therapy for head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
