Immvira Hong Kong IPO Application Lapses, Lead Asset MVR-T3011 Covers Full Spectrum of Bladder Cancer
NewTimeSpace News: The Hong Kong listing application submitted by Immvira Bioscience Inc. on 14 January 2026 has lapsed upon expiry of the six-month validity period. Citigroup and CICC acted as the original joint sponsors. Founded in 2015, the Company focuses on research and development of oncolytic immunotherapies and engineered exosome therapeutics. Its core asset MVR-T3011 is a novel Phase II HSV-1-based oncolytic immunotherapy candidate.

Founded in 2015, the Company is a clinically driven biotechnology enterprise dedicated to the discovery, development, manufacturing and commercialisation of novel oncolytic immunotherapies and engineered exosome therapeutics. As of the latest practicable date, the Group has built two product pipelines comprising two oncolytic immunotherapy candidates for solid tumours and five engineered exosome products with clinical prospects or direct commercialisation potential.
Lead product MVR-T3011 is a novel Phase II herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) oncolytic immunotherapy. It integrates potent oncolytic activity together with expression of anti-PD-1 antibody and IL-12. Currently evaluated as monotherapy and combination regimen, it covers the full spectrum of bladder cancer, including second-line and first-line treatment for high-risk NMIBC, neoadjuvant or adjuvant therapy for MIBC, as well as third-line treatment for head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
