NewTimeSpace News: According to HKEX disclosures, the Hong Kong Main Board listing application submitted by Shenzhen Vergiga Semiconductor Co., Ltd. on 12 January 2026 has recently lapsed upon expiry of the six-month validity period. GF Securities acted as the sole sponsor at the time of filing. The Company is a leading domestic provider of power semiconductor devices, ranking first among Chinese local suppliers of WLCSP MOSFET products in 2024.

GF Securities served as the sole sponsor upon submission.
Vergiga Semiconductor is a leading Chinese provider of power semiconductor devices, focusing on the research & development, design and sales of high-performance power semiconductors. According to CIC data, the Company ranked first among domestic Chinese suppliers of WLCSP MOSFET products and fifth among local manufacturers in China’s medium-and low-voltage MOSFET market in 2024.
