VERGIGA SEMICON Submits Second HKEX Listing Application, GF Securities Acts as Sole Sponsor

NewTimeSpace News: Shenzhen Vergiga Semiconductor Co., Ltd. submitted its second listing application to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 14 July 2026, with GF Securities appointed as the sole sponsor.

The Company is a power semiconductor device supplier with established market position in China, dedicated to the research and development, design and sales of high-performance power semiconductor devices. Power semiconductor devices function to control, convert and manage electric power. Product portfolio comprises medium-and low-voltage products (including WLCSP and non-WLCSP offerings) and high-voltage products, widely deployed in consumer electronics, automotive electronics, industrial power supplies and other sectors.

The Company adopts a hybrid "Fabless + in-house manufacturing" business model. While outsourcing most wafer fabrication, packaging and testing processes, it retains internal capabilities for critical back-end wafer processing as well as WLCSP packaging and testing. Following the establishment of its Zhuhai plant in 2024, the overall unit cost of WLCSP products declined by approximately 23.4%, and gross profit margin rose from 18.6% to 31.7%. According to CIC data, the Company is among a handful of domestic power semiconductor suppliers in China with in-house capabilities covering key wafer processes and advanced packaging & testing.
