RoboTechnik Receives CSRC Overseas Listing Filing Notice, Proposes Issuance of Up to 34.01455 Million H Shares
NewTimeSpace News: The Department of International Cooperation of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has issued a Filing Notice for Overseas Securities Offering and Listing to RoboTechnik Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. The Company plans to issue no more than 34,014,550 overseas-listed ordinary shares for listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
NewTimeSpace News: The filing documents submitted by RoboTechnik Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. for its overseas securities offering and listing have obtained filing approval from the Department of International Cooperation of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
In accordance with the Filing Notice, the Company intends to issue a maximum of 34,014,550 overseas-listed ordinary shares and apply for listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
The Filing Notice stipulates clearly that if the Company fails to complete the overseas securities offering and listing within 12 months from the date of issuance of the notice, it shall update the filing documents if it intends to push forward the offering and listing process.
